“15 years into BFSI and Analytics, Not Just Advising From Outside”
I’m Amit Mann, a Digital Transformation Consultant with 15+ years of experience across banking, insurance and digital financial services. I’ve worked inside IndusInd Bank, HDFC Bank, Bajaj Allianz, HDFC Life, ICICI Prudential, eClerx, and Visionaire Technologies – which means I understand BFSI transformation from the inside, not as an outside consultant learning the terminology on your project.
My work sits at the intersection of business analysis, digital banking transformation and customer analytics – writing bank-grade BRDs, redesigning HNI onboarding journeys, modernising CRM platforms and building the Power BI dashboards leadership actually uses. As a Banking Analytics Specialist and Bancassurance Integration lead, I’ve helped teams cut onboarding turnaround time by over 70% without loosening a single compliance checkpoint.
If you’re looking for a Customer Analytics & Retention Leader who can move fluently between a stakeholder workshop and a Finacle/Flexcube integration conversation, this is the experience I bring to your team.

That’s the difference I bring. When I map a customer onboarding journey, I’m not theorising about friction points — I’ve been the Relationship Manager explaining to a client why account opening is taking a week. When I build a Power BI dashboard for C-suite reporting, I’m not guessing what leadership needs to see — I’ve sat in the Monday review where the wrong metric wasted twenty minutes of everyone’s time.
I hold active certifications from IRDAI as an Insurance Advisor and from AMFI as a Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN), and I’m currently working toward Microsoft’s PL-300 Power BI certification and PSM I Scrum Master. I’m not chasing credentials for the sake of a longer list — each one maps directly to work I already do daily.

Most Digital Consultants specialises in one lane – business analysis or analytics or customer success. I’ve done all three, in the same industry, often on the same project. When I redesigned HNI onboarding at IndusInd Bank, I wasn’t just the person who wrote the requirements document – I was also the one who built the compliance dashboard to monitor it afterward and the one who trained forty Relationship Managers to actually use the new process. That’s not a generalist’s shallow coverage of three disciplines. It’s specifically what banking transformation requires: someone who can move from requirement to build to adoption without losing the thread.
