Fifteen years ago I started as a service delivery analyst at eClerx, chasing First Call Resolution numbers on a call floor in Chandigarh. Today I design the Power BI dashboards that C-suite leadership at private banks use every Monday morning. In between were seven roles across IndusInd Bank, HDFC Bank, Bajaj Allianz, HDFC Life, and ICICI Prudential – each one teaching me a different piece of how banking and insurance actually work, not how a textbook says they should.
What I do now is translate that experience into scalable digital solutions: BRDs and PRDs that IT teams can actually build against, UAT governance that catches defects before customers do, Power BI dashboards that leadership genuinely uses, and CRM transformations that survive contact with a real branch network. Fifteen years, eight enterprises, every number on this site earned on the ground.
Four transformation programmes, four different problems, one consistent pattern. A process that looked fine on paper but was quietly costing the business time, money, or trust. Here’s what changed when I got involved.
Understand business objectives, customer needs, stakeholders and current processes.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, customer pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Translate business needs into requirements, processes, solutions & measurable outcomes.
Support implementation, stakeholder adoption, measurement & continuous improvement.

Amit’s BRDs were the clearest I’ve reviewed in 10 years of BFSI delivery. He bridges business and IT in a way very few analysts can — precise, regulatory-aware, and relentlessly outcome-focused. The HNI onboarding programme he led set a new benchmark for our digital banking team.

Regional Head, Digital Banking
The Power BI dashboards Amit built for our leadership team completely eliminated our manual MIS cycle. C-suite now runs weekly reviews entirely on his framework — it’s still the backbone of our reporting two years on.

Zonal Manager, Bancassurance
From a technology delivery perspective, Amit is one of the better business-side stakeholders I’ve had to work with – and I mean that as a genuine compliment, because most BA profiles I’ve encountered either don’t understand technical constraints or aren’t specific enough about what they actually need built.
On the Axis Bank portal integration, his BRD was detailed enough that our development team could start building with minimal back-and-forth. T

IT Delivery Lead — Bancassurance Technology
The Power BI dashboard he built for our branch performance tracking changed how our team operated. Before that, the cluster head’s Monday review was based on a 40-row Excel sheet that took someone half a day to compile. After the dashboard went live, the same review took 20 minutes and the data was live rather than two days old. The cross-sell targeting improved noticeably once RMs could actually see which clients had unmet product needs rather than guessing. I’ve recommended Amit to two colleagues since and I’d do so again.
DVP
The SQL dashboards he built weren’t fancy — they were practical. They showed the team what mattered every morning without requiring anyone to run a report or dig through spreadsheets. FCR went up 20% over the following two quarters. That’s a real number against a real baseline, not an estimate. He also handled the UAT for our new ticketing module without any drama, which anyone who’s been through a system migration at scale will know is rarer than it should be.
